Turnout stickers started as a small nudge: vote, take the oval, wear it home, let your neighbors feel the pressure. Then came a midterm season that ran for a year and a half, with the ads, the group chats, the recounts, and the relatives who kept asking if you had heard. The sticker was supposed to be a receipt. By November it was closer to a discharge paper.
The back print is one oversized oval sticker, cream with a slate blue ruled border, drawn from scratch and worn down on purpose. Two corners have lifted and curled, a crease runs diagonally across the face, thumbprints and scuffing ring the edges, and the ink has worn thin where it was peeled and stuck again. Underneath, in cream slab caps on two tight lines: I SURVIVED THE '26 MIDTERMS. The sticker looks like it has been through more than the voter.
